Dr. John Ross is globally acknowledged as a leading authority in vascular access. Following his general surgery training at the Medical University of South Carolina, Dr. Ross focused his practice on caring for ESRD patients.

He played a pivotal role as a founding member of the Vascular Access Society of the Americas and received the Lifetime Achievement Award from the American Society of Diagnostic and Interventional Radiology (ASDIN).

Dr. Ross is a Fellow of both the American College of Surgeons and ASDIN. He has led numerous industry trials, presented at numerous medical conferences worldwide, and has published extensively on various topics related to vascular access.

In 2011, Dr. Ross established the Dialysis Access Institute (DAI) in Orangeburg, SC. This unique facility sets the standard for patient-centered care and regularly conducts training sessions for physicians, staff, and administrators.
