With a proven track record of robust leadership in dynamic, fast-paced environments, Leota has demonstrated her expertise in overseeing accounting, HR, and IT functions. In 2010, she ventured into the realm of consulting, establishing a practice dedicated to supporting companies in the life science sector.

A respected member of the Minnesota CPA Society, Leota has contributed her insights by serving on their board of directors. Her involvement with Financial Executive International includes a notable tenure on the national board and as the president of its Twin Cities chapter. In recognition of her outstanding contributions, she was honored as Consulting CFO of the Year in 2017 by the Minneapolis/St. Paul Business Journal.
