Currently, Mr. Seaberg is Chairman of Preceptis Medical, a device company in the ENT space.  In addition, he is the Executive VP at Cedar Point Capital, a boutique broker-dealer focused on conducting capital raises for private companies, with a historical emphasis on the healthcare space.  Mr. Seaberg is Chairman of Admedus, a publicly listed (ASX-AHZ) Australian diversified global healthcare company.  Mr. Seaberg also is Chairman of Medicom Health Interactive,  a health care IT company that provides health assessments for a variety of medical conditions.   Mr Seaberg is the Co-founder and Chairman of Phraxis, Inc. Previously, Mr. Seaberg served as the CEO and was the former Vice President of sales of NeoChord Inc.   At Guidant Corp he worked in Cardiac Rhythm Management and was Vice President of Sales, Cardiac Surgery. Mr.  Seaberg was Co-founder and first CEO of ACIST Medical, Inc., which was acquired by Bracco, Inc. for $100 million in 2001.

 Mr. Hickey has over 40 years of experience in the healthcare industry as an operating executive and director.  Before joining Phraxis Mr. Hickey was President and CEO of two private and two public medical device companies which include:  Myocor, Pulmonetic Systems, Angeion, and Aequitron Medical.  Product areas covered include mitral valve repair, portable ventilators, implantable defibrillators, and sleep diagnostic systems. The companies ranged from start-up to well established businesses.  Prior to that, Mr. Hickey spent 15 years with American Hospital Supply Corporation/Baxter Healthcare, serving as President of their Hospitex and Respiratory/Anesthesia Divisions.  Mr. Hickey served as a member of the Board of Directors of the above companies as well as Allied Healthcare Products, Inc., NAMSA, Ionix Medical, HRA-IQ, the International Fraternity of Phi Gamma Delta, including two years as National President, Ventec Life Systems, and Vital Images, Inc.  Mr. Hickey was the Board Chairman of Vital Images (VTAL) when it was acquired by Toshiba Medical Systems in June 2011.  In 2005 Jim was recognized by Twin Cities Business as an Outstanding Director for his service on the Vital Images Board of Directors.

Dr. Kallok has over 30 years of experience in Companies ranging from very large (Medtronic, Boston Scientific) to smaller public and private companies (Angeion, Myocor).  Most recently, Dr. Kallok was President and CEO of Cardiovascular Systems, Inc., (Nasdaq CSII), leading the Company from a new startup to a valuation of $150M in five years.  He stepped aside in 2007 to assume the role of Chief Scientific Officer until his retirement with the public debut of CSII in 2009.  Dr. Kallok holds over 17 US patents, has published over 90 manuscripts, abstracts, and book chapters, and was the recipient of Medtronic’s highest technical award (Bakken Fellowship) and management award (Wallin Leadership Award).  He has served on several public and private Boards.

Dr. Yevzlin is currently a Professor of Medicine at University of Michigan and Director of Interventional Nephrology.  After receiving his undergraduate degree magna cum laude from Dartmouth College he attended medical school at The Ohio State University, internship and residency training at the University of Michigan, and his Nephrology 

Dr. Yevzlin is currently a Professor of Medicine at University of Michigan and Director of Interventional Nephrology.  After receiving his undergraduate degree magna cum laude from Dartmouth College he attended medical school at The Ohio State University, internship and residency training at the University of Michigan, and his Nephrology fellowship at Northwestern University. Dr. Yevzlin has published or presented over 150 manuscripts, abstracts, and invited lectures.  He is the founder of several start-up companies and has served in the roles of CMO, CSO, and board member in the vascular access space.  He is the inventor of the Phraxis technology and a Co-Founder of the Company.

Currently, Mr. Zentgraf is the COO of NitriCap Medical Inc. developing a new antimicrobial technology for use with in-dwelling catheters.  Mr. Zentgraf has 40+ years medical device industry experience including 21 years with Guidant where he led a team of 1,300 engineers and scientists through all phases of implantable product development

Mr. Zentgraf is an experienced entrepreneur, co-founding Phraxis Inc, Abilitech Medical, and Neochord Inc, and leading products through regulatory approval in the United States and Europe.

Mr. Zentgraf has extensive experience in analyzing emerging clinical technology, defining product requirements, executing design-control development, building FDA-compliant quality systems, and contract manufacturing design transfer process.
